Sound familiar?

Headquarters expects answers. Your advisor sends questions.

Often, the current advisor lacks experience with international groups.

01

Group deadlines meet German filing dates

Monthly reporting, year-end closing and German tax deadlines rarely run on the same schedule.

02

Transfer pricing moves into focus

What makes sense within the group must be documented in a way the German tax office can follow.

03

Your advisor does not speak headquarters' language

Every question from the parent company turns into a translation exercise, in language and in substance.

04

A tax audit is announced

Without prepared documents and a clear line of argument, it ties up management time for months.

Our experience

We have advised some group subsidiaries for more than 15 years.

Our roots are in international corporate tax at a Big Four firm. Today we advise German subsidiaries of international groups, mostly with parent companies in the United States, including companies with total assets in the hundreds of millions.

We work in English, French and German and know what group tax and controlling at headquarters need. We deliver it on time, accurately and in your language. Consequences abroad are coordinated with advisors on the ground.

Your partner in Germany

From market entry to restructuring. In your language.

A partner-level point of contact who understands your headquarters: in English for groups from the US and the UK, in French for groups from France, Belgium, Switzerland and Canada. We coordinate any consequences abroad with your local advisors.

Case study

Market entry in Germany. Operational from day one.

A foreign parent company wanted to establish itself in Germany and was looking for a partner to handle the entire market entry from a tax perspective.

We set up the German GmbH, established bookkeeping and payroll from day one and reviewed the agreements between subsidiary and parent, so the relationship with headquarters was properly structured from the start. Headquarters had one point of contact for everything in Germany.

Once the subsidiary was large enough for its own accounting team, we supported that transition as well. Today it runs its own accounting, on foundations we laid.

FAQ

What subsidiaries want to know first

Yes. If you wish, we work directly with group tax, controlling or the parent company's auditors, in English or French.

We advise on German tax law. Consequences abroad are coordinated with your parent company's advisors or with partners on the ground.

Yes. Bookkeeping, payroll, financial statements and tax returns are handled fully digitally with DATEV.

Yes. Tax audit support is one of our core areas, from preparation to conclusion.

Yes. We take over data and documents from your previous advisor in a structured way and plan the transition so that reporting and deadlines are not affected.

We use AI where it takes routine work off our hands: capturing receipts, retrieving bank data directly through DATEV interfaces and preparing documents. We rely on DATEV's AI functions and an AI platform hosted in the EU, covered by a data processing agreement under German professional law and Art. 28 GDPR. Every piece of advice and every filing is the responsibility of a tax advisor.

That depends on the scope. After the free initial call and a partner-level conversation, you receive a transparent proposal.
